As you navigate around The Baby Spot, you will notice our wide range of products for Mother and Baby. On the left side are the categories, as you click through to the product pages, you have the option to add quantity, choose size, color, shipping option etc.
Order Status
TheBabySpot.com.au endeavours to process orders immediately.
Payments via Credit Card and Paypal are considered real-time therefore we can ship your item once you confirm your order, usually within 24 hours of order being placed.
However, Direct Deposit payments might cause a slight delay in shipping since we need to clear your payment first before shipping your order.
A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address which will enable you to track the progress of your order.
Please note: The Amber Product range is Free Shipping wihin Australia, no tracking number is available for these orders.
Cancellations
A. The Store
In the event the store cancels your order, you will be notified via e-mail. We will not charge you for any cancelled item. Since cancelled orders are final, if you wish to order again, you have to make a new order.
TheBabySpot.com.au cancels orders for the following reasons:
- The item that you ordered is not available or out of stock.
- TheBabySpot.com.au is having a problem processing your payment.
- We cannot ship to your location.
- You have another order of the same kind.(eg. duplicate order made by mistake)
B. The Customer
In the event that you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, TheBabySpot.com.au offers a hassle free return policy.
By clicking “Submit my orders” in the checkout page, means your order is final and confirmed. It is best that you contact us immediately at sales@thebabyspot.com.au for any cancellations so we can attend to your request as soon as possible. In the event that the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy Instructions.
If there is a valid reason we cannot process your payment, TheBabySpot will send you an e-mail and you have the option to change your payment type or cancel your order.
