Shipping on Amber
TheBabySpot.com.au offers fast shipping on our Amber range of products. This is applicable on all destinations within Australia Only.
Please note: The Amber range of necklaces and bracelets shipped within Australia and are sent via Standard Australia Post so no tracking number is available unless you want your order sent express post and pay the relevant postage fee. The Amber range of necklaces and bracelets have a small shipping/handling fee for international customers, which you need to select when placing your order. We ship via Standard Australia Post Airmail, no tracking number is available on this service. It normally takes 10-12 working days for delivery which can vary depending on destination.
Courier
We use the shipping services of Australia Parcel Post. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address which will enable you to track the progress of your order. (no tracking on Amber)
Delivery Time and Shipping Cost
Depending on the availability of the item, TheBabySpot.com.au will estimate the shipping and delivery dates once you place an order. By clicking “The shipping cost estimate”, you will see the shipping cost of your total order.
Shipping fees are calculated on the weight, height and depth of the item or items to be posted. The weight of each product is stated on each product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half kilogram.

Unless specified on the product page listing, shipping times are estimated below:
- 1 - 3 days Express Shipping
- 3 - 6 working days (Melbourne Metro, Country Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT)
- 5 - 10 working days (QLD, NT, WA, TAS)
- 10 - 12 working days (international)
What to expect with shipping times
- The above time frames are an estimate only as per Australia Post Delivery Time Estimates.
- All orders are packed and shipped within 12-24 hours of order being placed by the customer.
- Overall Delivery Time = Pack/Ship Time + Transit Time
- Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
- Shipping times may vary during peak mail volumes such as Christmas Time or delivery disruptions due to Covid.
Shipping of Order
Payments via Credit Card and Paypal are considered real-time therefore we can ship your item once you confirm your order, usually within 24 hours of order being placed.
However, Direct Deposit payments might cause a slight delay in shipping since we need to clear your payment first before shipping your order.
