Returns on Retail Items

TheBabySpot.com.au is committed to making your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable.

We will accept returns as long as it meets the following requirements:

-          The item is new and unopened.

-          the item is returned within 14 days of delivery date.

If TheBabySpot is at fault and an error was made on our part such as receiving a defective or faulty item, the wrong order was shipped, etc. We will refund your order in full including the shipping fee. 

Please Note:

With the Amber Range of Products please check item on receipt for any defects or faults, as our return policy is 30 days from delivery. We will require a photograph via e-mail sales@thebabyspot.com.au or text to 0408553880 as proof that the item has been damaged in transit or is a maufacturing fault before a full refund will be considered.   

For returns, just login into your account, go to the “Complete Orders” link, found under the “My Account” menu and click the“Return Item/s” Button.

We will only process your refund once we receive your order back. Please allow approximately four weeks to receive your refund. This is because of the time frame it takes to receive the item back to us (5-10 days), time to process your order when we get it (3-5 days) and the time for the bank to process the refund (5-10 days). Please note that days refer to business days, holidays and weekends are not included.

Returns on Free + Shipping Items

There is no refund on Free plus Shipping Offers. The product is free, and the shipping cannot be refunded.


The product warranty's are clearly outlined on the product pages, if the item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@thebabyspot.com.au, so we can arrange return of the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
